"Listen to the other review from last month no one still has not contacted me. I’ve been calling for two weeks straight about a previous case from 2019. They never call back they’re not willing to help you they’re only willing to take your money. I filed the case with him in 2019 and was not aware that my case was dismissed. I’ve called them in 2021 and 22 and now 2024 for two weeks straight no one has called me back to help me fix or further my case do not go through this place they will never call you back and they will not help you."

"Predatory service. Sent letters to me in the mail after I was being sued over money due. I called them, I got Arlene Potash. She wanted my case, yet she didn’t care about any of the details. She would cut me off if I tried to talk, or just talk over me. She gave me misinformation, telling me I could only file bankruptcy for things that showed up on my credit report. In the end, she convinced me to give her my payment information to auto withdraw. She wanted to withdraw the full amount a week later, which was around $1,700. I actually had to cancel my debit card to keep her from charging me. Luckily, I talked to a different attorney elsewhere. They were interested in my case and informed my the information I was given here was wrong. They were not only interested in my money. There’s better options out there, for better prices. It’s pretty sad when this company had to pay for good reviews."

"Please stay far away. All these positive reviews are paid ones. I spoke to someone over a month ago and they acted excited to help my case. They jumped right on it. Convinced me that they would help file a bankruptcy for me. They had no issue taking my money of course but done the process was done that was it. I would call because I’d go days and weeks without hearing anything but they were continually taking my money. I’d call for them to say they would have someone call but I got no return call. Nothing. I’d call up and it would be a repeat thing. I just recently called to alert them that I wanted no business with them and a refund. But like every other time they just claim to write my information down and pass my info on. Never a return call. I will not do business with them as I was even told by an actual lawyer that their practice is a scam and unprofessional. I will even look into seeing what I can do legally to take action cause this is unprofessional. STAY AWAY"

"Very poor customer services. Not very accommodating to their clients when things need to get done. All I want to do is pay my bill and can’t even get them to take my money. Whenever I could get through to speak to the paralegal Moses or my lawyer Joe or even attorney Rebecca my fears and concerns were always addressed. Sam in the the accounting department was great as well and the last CSR I spoke to, Nina was fantastic. The after hours call center is horrible."
