No automated system requiring me to push 1 or 2, choosing from a menu of services, entering my policy number into some automated system, being put on hold, listening to canned messages or music. I know the entire staff on a first name basis and they are amazingly helpful. Because Jeff is an independent agent, he finds the best policies for me in regard to coverage and cost and is always willing to discuss my insurance needs. There may be cheaper rates out there - I have no idea. But the service I receive far outweighs saving a few dollars."
