"I know I am a bit obsessive with cleaning and I also know I expect exceptional customer service, so you can imagine I am often disappointed. This was not the case with All-Star Softwash. Shaun (the owner) promptly provided a quote and worked with me when scheduling a date. He showed up on time and worked diligently the entire day (9 hours) cleaning the roof and house. The weather was cold, then sunny, then raining, then cold again – you know Ohio weather; Shaun worked through all of it. When he finished the house looked amazing! No more moss/dirt on the house. "Shaun responded immediately to our request for a quote, gave us a great price for a bundle, and was able to schedule us within a week’s notice.
