"The wall cleaning wasn’t what I was expecting. I thought they would’ve been washed down as that’s what I wanted the focus on…., However… What was done was immaculate!!! My floors look amazing! The dusting was okay in some areas but grand in others. My kitchen was perfectly done (floors and cabinets). Steps cleaned beautifully. Bathrooms were great (even got in places I just couldn’t clean properly) And I was really surprised by the straightening up of my kids room and the basement. You did take a lot of my plate and for that I thank you!"

"The work done by the representative of Serenity Clean was fantastic! I should have taken before and after pictures to show how dramatically the bathroom appearance is now. "First, let me say this is my first time getting this type of service done so some of my complaints might be unfounded. The service I opted for was described as a deep clean, but I didn’t see any evidence of a deep clean done on my home. I think they did a very good job of a surface level clean. Wiping things down, dusting areas, and vacuuming. Which are all things I could have done myself. I was disappointed in the effort of cleaning the walls weren’t wiped down, there was high areas that were still dusty, and there where areas in the house that the cleaners didn’t seem to try. They didn’t clean under the bed, and there are things in the home that could have easily been moved over in order to clean that were not touched. Mostly I decided to get this service because my shower is riddled with soap scum so I decided to let the professionals give it a try because what I was doing wasn’t working. I seen little to no evidence of them trying to remove the soap scum. I was quoted over 500 for a full home cleaning and compromised on just getting my main floor cleaned for just over 250. It seems that for any of the actual cleaning it’s extra charge. Again this is my first time getting any of this type of service done so i don’t know if this is regular or not. I also don’t know if the soap scum thing is just a hard thing to clean, but the most disappointing thing was just what seemed to be a lack of effort as far as not even wiping down the walls. Especially when the service is described as a deep clean. Regardless I think they did a decent job the house was “clean” as far as surface level cleaning and they are very responsive and book you prettt fast."

"Serenity Clean of Toledo has been assisting me with my weekly house cleaning for a year now. The cleaners are friendly and most do a great job. My most recent clean was exceptional and she came on a Saturday so my house was Serenity Clean for our Christmas Eve gathering. If there are ever any issues in the feedback I provide, I always receive a phone call and they are eager to make it right. They want their customers to feel Serenity!"

"I loved everything about the cleaning service with Heidi and Je’Nay. They were sweet and cleaned a million dishes for me and scrubbed out my tub and I live in a dormitory, and that says a lot.
