Jay came out within a couple of hours (on a Sunday) and went to work. His skillset and professionalism were exceptional. He kept me fully informed during the entire process and worked tenaciously to alleviate my plumbing issue. Considering the work required and the fact that this was a weekend, the price was both affordable and fair. I would definitely recommend 1-Tom-Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs."
