"One of my tires was out of air so I took it in there to get it checked out, they took the tire off the rim, put it back on the rim, balanced it and charged me 50 bucks. Go across the street to tire choice, go to Walmart, go to Conrad's, they'll do the exact same thing for $12. I prefer to shop small business, but I'm glad I went to these guys for something small before I went to them for something big, because they will absolutely hose you"
"This place is terrible. I spent $800 getting brake work done. It was never completely feeling right and I had an issue with the front end shaking while on the freeway and wobbling when applying the brakes exiting which was the same issue I had before I took it to them to get the brakes repaired. I had it towed from downtown due to the issue and smelled hot metal from the front end. I took it back to the shop 2 different times having the same issues and smelling overheated metal and both times I was told " we looked at it thoroughly and we don't see any issue". Again I have an issue, the same scenario, so I took it to a shop different with a 5 star review. The called me the same day and told me exactly what was wrong with it. No surprise the rotors had gotten so hot they turned blue and the brakes were stuck. The bottom line is Every tire and wheel either know nothing about wheels and tires or they lied to me knowing the job was never fixed correctly and didn't want to admit the issue and spend the time to correct the problem .It was expensive and put me and my family at risk but I now know where I will and where I wont take my car ever again."
"Took our car here for a diagnosis and potential repair. Unfortunately our car needed a new engine, while trying to price out a replacement,they realized something was up and found a recall campaign. They contacted the appropriate dealership and sent our car off to get repaired. The honesty and thoughtfulness to do all that for someone was refreshing, I will be returning with any new issues in the future."
"This place is great! Honest and fair prices. Kevin is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve been going here for years. Last year we moved a distance away and could not find somewhere that had the same level of customer service. I’ll drive an hour to come here. It’s well worth it! Tell Kevin hi!!"
