"This by far is my top pick urgent care! The staff are always so sweet and caring. They make you feel comfortable all the time.Even with a little wait they make sure to make up for it by getting the correct care you need before you leave! Shout out to all the ladies there today "
"If I could rate zero stars, I would. They DO NOT listen to patients and will never prescribe antibiotics. In addition, when I went in today, I waited 20 minutes before even being checked in, people that came in behind me were checked in first. They also sat around joking and chatting for a significant portion of the time I waited to be checked in and seen. There are few beds, all the rooms just have chairs, which for someone who is sick, is very uncomfortable. They also told me I didn’t have a fever, which was an outright lie. I took my temp before coming in, it was 101.1, and immediately after I got home it was 101.7. This is not just a one-time thing today, either. This has been every visit since COVID that I’ve made there, which is 1-2x per year. This place is not a medical practice, it’s fraud."
"I hate to give one stars, the practitioner and medical assistant at this location is very nice, I have had enough with the lady at the front desk. I am currently here now, and every time I come in here. I am greeted by Danielle she is rude and disrespectful! She has an attitude and it is 9 am! I’m not sure if it’s just towards the black people because after I sat down she was nice to the white lady behind me. She should not be working with the public, the way she speaks to people is unacceptable, especially in Health care!"
"Danielle and Key were fantastic and so kind, I hadn’t been able to hear for days due to earwax blockage and they were able to clear it out after past attempts being unsuccessful. They were patient and gentle and had great “bed side” manner. All of the staff were fantastic and helpful."
"The South Detroit Location was absolutely amazing. Leanna, Danielle and Sam were working both times I had to visit in the past 3 weeks and were all great to deal with. The service was fast and professional and I left with a smile on my face each time. I received the care I needed in order to be back on the road to recovery.
