Kelley Park is a cherished local park in Salem, OH, named in honor of Joe M. Kelley, the first Director of Salem’s parks system who served from 1924 until his death in 1951. The park is managed by the Salem Parks and Recreation Department under the leadership of Jacob Logan, the current Parks Director.
