Kelley Park

Kelley Park is a cherished local park in Salem, OH, named in honor of Joe M. Kelley, the first Director of Salem’s parks system who served from 1924 until his death in 1951. The park is managed by the Salem Parks and Recreation Department under the leadership of Jacob Logan, the current Parks Director. The Salem Parks Commission, consisting of volunteer members John Panezott, Lucille Karnofel, and Lori Colian, oversees the department. The mission of the Salem Parks and Recreation Department is to offer clean, safe, and diverse recreational opportunities year-round, enhancing the quality of life for Salem residents and visitors.Facilities and Features:
