"Blazing Saddles did some major work on my Specialized a couple years ago - cassette & front shocks replaced, new tires and tubes, and more. I should have reported at the time that the work was done quickly, and the bike was like a new ride."
"Travis has come to my aid many a time. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. I have come to depend on his frankness: he doesn't mess around and has steered me away from repairs that wouldn't make sense. I recently purchased a new bike from him. He patiently answered all my questions, encouraged multiple test rides and switched out several saddles. He stocks sensible bikes at solid prices. The shop has a great atmosphere and vibe. It does a lot to invest in and encourage community. I'm proud to support such a great establishment and encourage you to do the same."
"Absolutely the best service you can imagine. Friendly, reasonable, and expertly done. The manager, or owner is phenomenal, even opening up his store when he is ill and was closed so I could get my bike. Super amazing. They have a customer for life in me! I won't ever go anywhere else."
"I went there to purchase wheel locks and to be advised about what to choose. However, I was not asked for what type of axle the locks were for, instead, I was shown what I later found out were the wrong locks. (Hollow/Solid axles require different types of locks). Another customer walked in and I was totally ignored for almost 15'. Then I left. In addition, their prices are way above those of any of the other local bike shops. To cap the unpleasant experience, they have a dog that comes to scratch his fleas next to you. If you shop at this place you run the risk of going home with a useless item and some fleas."
