"One of my favorite stores, I can always find something that suites my style. Friendly knowledgeable and professional staff."
"I wish I could give them no stars… took my daughter to get some shoes and several signs were posted in the store area stating “You can not try on shoes but you can always bring them back”. I’ve never heard of not being able to try on shows prior to purchase. Before I saw the sign my daughter attempted to try the shoe on and one of the associate began to yell “You can not try on the shoes”. I should have left the shoes there but it was my daughters first pair of heels so she wanted them bad. Once I got to the register the employees attitude was worst then the signs and the previous employee. She rang the shoes up no thank you just rushing I’m guessing they were about to close and she did not feel like being bothered. I will NEVER shop there again."
"I hate this store. Came here at 6:30 and door was locked. Lady comes to the door and says we’re closed. We close at 6:30. Website clearly says they close at 7 pm. This is not right. I’m mad I came out for nothing. I literally wanted to buy one shirt. Would have took me 5 minutes or less."
"Customer service was horrible! The store wasn’t busy and two associates behind the desk barley wanted to help with my exchange. When I asked if they can order my size online and have it shipped to my home. I was told I can do it myself just how I ordered online in the first place. Was not a good experience going into the store for a return after spending $130.00 online. Steelyard rainbow should do better."
"Did I tell y’all I hate Steelyard! These females so lazy they didn’t even address me coming through the doors! They store looks ghetto and the have hardly any wearable clothing. There is no music playing and working don’t even seem to want to be there. I was looking for a birthday dress but obviously they didn’t have anything. Ladies don’t spend your money anywhere where they can’t even greet you."
