"The Rusty Keg Tavern, a place where even the kegs have more character than I do on a Monday morning! I ventured into this cozy establishment and let me tell you, it's like a time machine to a more rustic era, or perhaps a parallel universe where kegs are the most entertaining patrons. First off, the ambiance was so charmingly vintage that I half-expected to see a hipster fly in on a penny-farthing bicycle. The rusted decor gave it that "shabby-chic, if you squint" look, and I was half-tempted to ask if their WiFi was powered by steam. The food? Well, let's just say the chef clearly has a Ph.D. in "Deep Fried Deliciousness." I'm convinced they've mastered the art of making anything taste good with a little oil and a prayer. The menu had more comfort food than a mother's hug, and I'm pretty sure I heard my cholesterol levels sobbing in the background. The service was friendly enough that I felt like I was catching up with an old friend who happens to be an expert in draft beer recommendations. If only all friendships could be based on such sage advice. So, if you find yourself at the Rusty Keg Tavern, embrace the quirkiness, indulge in the deep-fried wonders, and raise a glass to a place where even the kegs have stories to tell. Just remember, leave your monocle and top hat at home – the kegs might get jealous of your fashion sense!"

"I used to love this place, but lately it has been a disappointment. We drove an hour to come here and were disappointed big time. We usually come on a Friday night for the ribs but tonight they were dry and lacked flavor. My wife said he french dip was meh at best. Neither of my kids even attempted to eat their food, and the usually beg to come here. Maybe it was just an off night but I won't be driving an hour for sub par food again. Once again I usually love this place but tonight was a big let down. Perhaps we will give it another try is six months and see if it gets better."

"Overall good experience. We ordered chicken nachos and the chips were not crispy at all, but the toppings were delicious. My husband had the fish sandwich and fried mushrooms. Both were great. I order the Cuban with mayo instead of mustard. When I got my order I asked for extra mayo for my fries. The waitress brought me miracle which I am not a fan of. When I asked her if it was mayo she said no it’s Miracle Whip did you want mayo? Yes. That’s why I asked for mayo lol. I was disappointed to find my sandwich also had Miracle Whip instead of mayo. There are lots of things I want to try and everyone was friendly so I will definitely give it another try."

"This place is awesome! Whether it be looking for a great stop in transit on US 35 or just seeking a good place locally to have a meal and drinks with with family/friends, the Rusty Keg is a great choice! Very neat atmosphere with comfortable seating and tvs throughout to watch a game. The food is well above just bar food. My wife had a Philly Steak she thoroughly enjoyed and my brisket sandwich had a good bbq sauce and brisket was juicy and tender. Their onion rings and pretzels are also delicious. Highly attentive service from our server as well. Highly recommend."

"This was a very fun atmosphere to be in. Kind of formal dining but a bar and relax spot at the same time with out door but covered seating. The prime rib was juicy and so very flavorful, the side of chips were yummy, and the salted caramel cookie was delicious! The only okay thing was our server but her could have been really busy too. He just wasn't as attentive as I would have like but thats okay, the food more than made up for that!"
