"This is the worst kfc. You should be ashamed of that food you are serving. My mother has been eating kfc at other locations at least 45 years and this is the worst food and service she has ever had. Very unhappy. Will not be back. Unrecognizable crust on everyone's chicken, over cooked, left out all day, dried up. Mashed potatoes had old clumpy chunks. Fries we dried up. Chicken tenders over cooked. The only halfway edible thing was the slaw. Regional manager needs to come straighten this place out or close this location."

"Worst service we’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. We had 6 orders for work. We were fine to wait, only to hear the workers talking badly about us and how we have multiple orders. Once we actually got back to work we found servers items missing. Will not be going back"

"The gal who took our order was pleasant, and our order for the 4 of us was all correct. It took a while to get our order but it seemed like there was only 2 workers in there but the gal who took and made our order was the only person I saw working at that time. Before we left I did see another worker on the food line preparing an order. It was not busy during the time we were there. The food was pretty good, the only thing that wasn’t was the corn was old and dry, and the KFC bowl was skimpy portion-wise. Otherwise the food was good. The biggest concern with our visit to this location was cleanliness. Men’s restroom was horrible. Women’s restroom was okay but smelled really bad. Dirty tables in the dining room and the whole floor was sticky. It was hot outside and really warm inside and lots of flies in the dining room and flying around us as we were eating. This location really is average but poor on cleanliness. Lots of room for improvement."

"Very strange place. After we ordered, various employees kept asking us to repeat it. They still somehow only gave us half. We had to tell them it again, and instead of bringing us 2 famous bowls they brought out two small things of just potatoes. We told them again what we wanted and repeated no gravy, they still put in gravy. My bowl somehow ended up having what smelled like diced onions and carrots in it. The bowl doesn't even originally come with that. A previous bowl I ordered had old, gray looking chicken and straw paper inside. Pictures are of the onions and carrots."

"The place needs a lot of work and the employees need to take more pride in their job! You have to work as a team not put all the work on one person! They can’t do it all alone! The place smells bad like a cockroach infestation! I’m super disappointed bc who doesn’t love KFC? And they are ruining it for our entire community! The employees act as if they don’t even want to b there and are alot of the time rude! Do better bc KFC is loved around the world! Take pride in what you do! Please! The food is good most of the time! Don’t order fries tho! Get ya a bowl they are the best !"
