"There is a lot of great things abott it this urgent care! The front desk associate Solomon is pleasant and knowledgeable! The entire staff is nice and thorough. I talked to Pat today and he was tremendous for follow up to results. I did have a very long wait but that seems to be most urgent cares. The care I received while there was too notch."
"Came to get a tb test done & a physical exam done . Got the tb test done and was told to come back for the physical exam ! Ok great ! Came back 24 hours or so to this location to be told that be insurance was inactive , understandable I wasn’t able to get the physical but they were able to look at my tb test . She read it and circled I assumed NEGATIVE no she circled POSTIVE . I wasn’t aware of it even being POSITIVE . My tb test was read in the lobby . Customer service 1/10 ! Scheduled a doctors appointment with my primary doctor & my results came back negative. Almost missed out out of job due to lack of communication and customer service ."
"5 starts! The front desk assistant was very friendly and able to help me when I had questions. The nurse and doctor were both very friendly, and did their thing in a timely manner. Biggest issue is the lack of a bathroom, but they may allow you to use the private bathroom if you asked (I didn’t, so can’t speak on this). The building was clean and welcoming, and the room I was placed in smelled like it was freshly cleaned (good!). While it is not my closest urgent care, I would suggest to anyone in Clifton and the University of Cincinnati area to make the short drive if they can!"
"I just went to the Norwood office earlier today.. My regular doctor did not call me back, and I really didn’t feel like waiting till Monday to be seen by a doctor. Once I arrived. there was absolutely no waiting. I finished up the rest of my paperwork, they took care of me quickly and even called in my prescription for me. Outstanding work. Very polite and professional service."
