Dr. McMillan has been practicing since 1993 and received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Rochester, Strong Memorial Hospital in New York. Dr. McMillan is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy Pediatrics. She also serves as a clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at Northeast Ohio Medical University and is fluent in both English and French.
