"This is our first Diesel Pusher so we were somewhat at their mercy. Several things were wrong with the RV and Thomas May gave us his word that he would make sure everything was going to be taken care of. We came down several weeks later to take delivery. We accepted the coach and 5 miles down the road, a new problem cropped up with the engine. He took care of it. Then the refrigerator decided to break. He took care of it. It is so refreshing to shake someone’s hand and it is better than a contract. If I could have given him 6 stars, I would have done it!!!"
