Specializing in Goshin Jutsu Karate, Aiki Jutsu, Jujutsu, and Tai Chi, the center offers a traditional, self-defense oriented martial arts experience in a safe and family-friendly environment. With over 4000 square feet of workout area, the center caters to individuals of all ages and skill levels, providing regular adult karate classes, advanced training sessions, and children's classes starting from age 4. Additionally, Tai Chi classes are available on Saturday mornings, promoting good health and wellness among practitioners. The center's techniques are effective, practical, and suitable for both men and women, emphasizing the importance of avoiding direct attacks and striking vital areas.
