"Dropped off my car first thing in the morning for an engine diagnostic service and I was told they would get a hold of me later on in the day once they knew the problem of my car. No call back so I tried reaching out to them three times with no success left voicemails. Still no call back. The very next day same thing they never got a hold of me finally in the afternoon I drove To the service department and it was still in the parking lot not touched not looked at so I asked for my keys back and I left. They never tried to reach out to me absolutely no communication at all. Shame on them."

"I take my car to the dealership for everything because they keep track of all the service you receive and that’s always good for warranty purposes. One specific employee named Ryan is wonderful I’ve worked with him so much over the last 5 years and he’s never rude at all he should get a bonus. When it was Sweeney I took my cars there I just don’t play around with that stuff, they top my fluids off check my brake pads and tiers I travel a lot and I need Excellent service and they give it."
