"After banking with another bank for over 40 years and feeling like just another number. I decided to bank with a smaller bank. Northside bank is truly about customer service, and friendliness. No long lines to stand in to get to a teller. The customes service is wonderful. It is always nice to go to a bank where you are greeted by name and you are not just another face. I have never had any trouble getting an answer to any banking question/problem I have ever had. It was always handeled with immediate help."
"Wanted to bank with a smaller bank and this has become a nightmare. They are closed at random times, poor customer service, ridiculous limits on debit cards and account withdrawals... The list goes on. I've called several times to speak with the manager and/or ANYONE but routinely get the runaround and transferred to third party answering services. We are really disappointed with our experience."
