"Megan at the front desk was very welcoming and clear on what she needed from me. She gave clear directions and was sweet. Sydney was also very sweet. She had a good balance of professionalism and rapport-building. I enjoyed my time with her. Marie was very helpful and helped to calm my anxiety. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like I have known her forever. Dr. Sherman was very pleasant and made me feel like I was not as bad as I thought I was going into the appointment. Thanks to his recommendation, I will be following up with a neurologist to rule out an underlying conditions that may be causing my migraines. All in all it was a great experience and I will recommend Novus to my friends and family."

"I have been a patient for the last 10 - 11 years and always satisfied with the quality of service however, this appointment was longer unnecessarily due to staff not setting the field machine properly which caused me to have to go back to the wait room for a little while while the machine was reset which caused me to be behind in schedule for another appointment. None-the-less I know things happen and I love the service I receive at novus."
