"Disorganized and ridiculously slow. Getting a flu shot with an appointment and waited and hour for them to proceed to say I am not able to get a flu shot from them cause I haven't been seen in too long. Sorry I am not sick enough for you. They gave me my money back and no flu shot. Hate that doctors office!!!"

"My mother was seeing Kristen Grant for her medication‘s. She kept telling her that she was short of breath and very tired. It took a whole weekend to get a nebulizer for her. She was supposed to have an appointment again, but ended up in the hospital with congestive heart failure and end-stage COPD. In my opinion that could’ve been Diagnosed before ending up in the ICU. Very poor care of patients there and she also complained of not being able to get her medication that she would have to drive to the office because no one will call her back. I do not recommend going there at all I called the office when my mom was in ICU and asked to speak with Kristen Grant and nobody ever called me back. I think that’s just very rude to not even want to talk about your patient being in the hospital. Please look for another provider group before your loved ones or yourself passes away from poor Care and complete negligence"

"If I could give a 0, I would. Patient care is lacking. I had gone without thyroid medicine because it was not called in. I’m supposed to have blood work done regularly with the thyroid medicine and it hasn’t been done in over a year. I had to say something. The doctor said I was crazy when I asked for thorough blood work because I knew something was off, and I ended up testing for Hoshimoto disease. They don’t listen when you’re there and things go undiagnosed. I’ve waited for hours after my appointment time to even be called back to a room! When trying to call to get an appointment or with an issue, I’ve received a VM with no return call. Looking for a new PCP. So done with this office!!"

"I be going to this doctor's office for years. Before they moved into the new building and is now University Hospitals. The nurses and doctors are great! My problem with them now is that, they never answer the phone when I call to make an appointment. I always have to drive there just so I can gwt my appointment. I always ask them what's the problem with them not answering the phones. U can't be that busy all day long. The thing that gets me the most is when I go in there's nobody in there but a few people. So there's no excuse! I'm considering finding me a new doctor to go to, because this is ridiculous! This is the reason for the one star."

"I have no problems with the doctors themselves. However, there is a significant issue getting appointments. You are always sent to voicemail and told you will receive a call back within 24 hours. That does not happen! I guess there is no such thing as a same day appointment anymore because you cant even get in to schedule! I will be looking for another doctor simply because of this. It's really too bad because I like the doctors."
