The quality of this sushi shop never goes down. Owner greets you when you came and thanks you when you left. They even better than the franchised competitors. Their sushi is tastier. I can't imagine Railside rd. Without Ko&Ki sushi. Thank you for great sushi experience whenever i come.”

“These guys are a hidden gem. Very friendly, in the evening they make your sushi while you wait. They are flexible with want you want in your sushi and the prices are better than the bigger brands like St P's. Their shop is small but vibrant. You can eat in which I did, but many of their customers take away. Everyone who came in was greeted warmly. We will visit again.”

“I publicly confessed my love to the staff here and I don’t even know any of them, but the folks here are clearly passionate about their venue because everything has been worked out to a T. The cocktail menu is full of delicious and thoughtfully created drinks - the sour cherry margarita is wonderfully balanced, and filled me with memories of Greece (sour cherries are big there). The pizza selection was difficult to choose from because it all looked fabulous- I went with the mushroom pie and topped it off with chili oil at the recommendation of the charming server, and it was perfection - the pizza was perfectly cooked, the dough was flavourful, soft and chewy on the inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. I cannot effusively praise this place enough, it makes me sad I’m not rich and living in Dunedin. I’d eat here several times a week if I could and I’d probably be really drunk a lot because of this place! 6/5 stars and I’ll be back as soon as I’m in town again. Ngā mihi nui!”

“Good pizza, reasonable prices. Went here yesterday for the first time, fairly recently after they opened and I was really impressed. They were really busy and were pumping out heaps of pizzas and still had my order ready within 20 mins as advised when I ordered. We got a fried chicken and bacon, beef and onion and Italian meats. They all tasted great, the beef on the beef and onion pizza was a bit odd (looked like black ham), but still tasted good.”

“Everything was cooked beautiful, the ribs were cooked perfectly and they weren't skimpy like most. The pizza was delicious, the lamb faaarrrkkk it was cooked beautiful defenitly recomend, the crust and base was nice and crispy but not too crispy it still had a little bend in it but it was still the perfect amount of crispness in it. The chips were lovely it had the right amount of salt and they weren't soggy they were nice and fresh. The cheesy garlic bread was the best I've tasted in ages knocked out dominos with one bite. And finally the jalapeno poppers to top it off them were the bomb buthaaaaa 2200 buthaaa thank yous for the lovely food me and my partner loved it.”

“With the amount of crap that this shop along with the other shops on this strip have to deal with each day in people - a 5 star is due as part of. Sushi is of a very high standard, especially around the lunch time mark when it's coming out fresh to replenish the lunch time demand. Staff here are lovely, even when people are stealing from them! do try the hot stuff, they have some lovely dinner dishes that are well worth getting stuck into. I think it's location doesn't do it justice, so don't expect to be walking into a Sushi bar that should have the same look and feel as in Epsom, with the same sort of personal space. This is Massey, and it's a very busy set of shops. They have huge foot traffic throughout the day through here. You can also order over the phone. They do make sushi to order too. Awesome for a quick feed of Sushi, probably the best around here. Have a great little hot press too with crumbed prawns etc. Lovely staff - always happy and smiling!”

“Best sushi go around/ train we've ever had!!! Very popular with a sign-in waiting list. Friendly staff and amazing food!!! So much fresh fish and different varieties of seafood as well as top quality meats. Booths for larger groups and barstools for direct access sitting. Highly recommend eating here for top quality food and service, but be prepared to wait at mealtimes as its popular!”

“Select Pizza's value pizzas are hands down bigger and better than what you'd get from competing chains, and the topping actually goes up the crust and beyond. I normally get two large pizzas for $12. Never been disappointed by their BBQ bacon pizza.”

“Very close to Otago University campus, was here for the open day and it happened to be one in the first food places that caught my eye. Came in and grabbed the crispy chicken sushi, absolutely amazing. Staff seemed to be friendly. Great for a fast takeaway since the place is a bit small. Might be a bit pricey for some people.”

“We had an evening farewell party on Wednesday 30 November 2022. We had never previously bought anything from the Sushi Factory but thought of giving it a try with a Party Platter B. The ordering was easy and the friendly staff helped us to make another, better choice. Very friendly service and the platter had a beautiful presentation. That evening everybody loved the Sushi, fresh and appetizing! Needless to say, the platter was finished, despite there being many other finger foods available. Our "first-buy" risk with Sushi Factory was a great success. We will buy there again - and highly recommend their sushi platters.”

“As visitors to Hamilton we selected this shop online and are glad we did. We phoned an order through, to be ready at 6.10pm, and it was ready and hot right on time. Our Seafood Lovers and Apricot Chicken Premium pizzas were the most delicious we have had, and chips were good too. The bases are really nice, not too thin or fat, and there was a delicious really good covering of filling on each - no skimping on the topping. We don’t like too hot and spicy and to us they were just right but plenty of flavour. To top off our satisfaction with this business, the service was excellent. Unbeknown to me I left my card behind and the manager (?) got a message to me the next day, luckily, as we were already out of town. A local family member picked it up for me, so I am thankful for the good food and service AND the honesty.”

“No booking, seated 3 on entry. Your seated next to a train that carries entree sized servings of sushi, donburi, seafood, dim sims etc plus desserts, cream puffs, tiramisu, mouse etc. Continuous train. Simply grab the dishes you desire while seated and eat! Plates are color coded, these are how they tally up the total cost. Drinks list, soft drinks, red, white, beers, nothing extra. 3 people plus drinks ate till full, took home a fav each, $80.”
