“My sister treated me to this place a couple of days ago as a birthday treat. It very instantly became my favourite restaurant in Notts, and I've been to a few! A dinner that made our weeks. I had done my research on this place before so I expected to really like it, but wow the food is tasty! And the staff great. I definitely recommend trying out the Chicken Karaage and Takoyaki! The Miso Soup too. And the Beef Tongue! It's all extremely well-cooked and moreish. I love how charmingly decorated the inside is and the music they play (played one of my favourite songs - Sukiyaki by Kyu Sakamoto :), and the instant you walk in the really nice owner gives you a "irasshaimase"/welcome and it's like you are transported straight into an izakaya restaurant in Japan, along with the signature open kitchen and minimal furniture, and sound of steamy cooking. It's also similarly, very reasonably priced. It's always a hard thing to really know, but you very much get the feeling here the owners love their jobs and the authentic Japanese yakitori/ton-style food and izakaya experience, and have a lot of pride in their business and ability to offer that in this place - and there can be nothing better than that as a customer. I'm very happy I could get this experience here in Notts without the plane cost to Japan. Will definitely be back to try more delicious things when I have the money! Thank you. :) Also, on the "small" menu mentioned in other reviews - everyone should know the smaller the menu, the more heart put into each thing! And I definitely still felt spoilt enough for choice here.”

“We'd heard good things about the vegan pizzas and Caprinos did not disappoint! There is a good choice of vegan toppings (including 3 different "meats"), and a choice of 2 different bases (sadly only available in one size - 12inches), both soya free too! Mine (pictured) was a thin base. The thin is very thin, but this is exactly how I like a thin base. My family all chose deep pan which were thick and fluffy. The vegan cheese is nice, not too much not too little. And if you've never had garlic on a pizza I would totally recommend it - game changer! We ordered directly and the pizzas arrived at the time stated and hot. All in all we were very pleased with our order and will definitely be ordering from here again. I only wish they did the vegan bases in 15inch!”

After a lot of research, Forno's was my chosen establishment and I'd give more than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ if I could. Incredibly clean venue and open kitchen, very friendly staff, even the quality of the takeaway menu had me wondering if I was allowed to take one. My meal was precisely what I wanted and cooked to absolute perfection. Will certainly return here next time I'm in Beeston.”

“I have used Pizza Babylon since it first opened. I now live in Mansfield and travel there still to collect my pizza's. It is by far the best takeaway I have ever used and there is no comparison in the quality and taste with the best of restaurants by a long way. Just superb, each and every time. The staff and delivery drivers are all so helpful and respectful and as for the Two brothers, they possess fantastic customer service skills and always attentive and polite. The Food is always fresh, hot and is always ready on time every time. 5 Stars just doesn't do Pizza Babylon justice.”

“First time coming to wagamama as a vegan and I can honestly say it made no difference. The selection was near exactly that same for non meat eaters and the food quality and taste was 10/10. We didn't have to wait that long to be seated, maybe 25 minutes but it was really busy. The food came out in good timing.”

“As soon as I walked in the staff welcomed me with a warm hello, I then sat down and started to look at the menu, i chose my order...after about 10-15 minutes my food was ready, my food wasn't cold it was nice and warm....i then got home and took out my pizza, fries and chicken.... the pizza was nicely made and had a crunch to it...the fries weren't soggy they were nicely cooked, moving on the the chicken, the chicken had a nice crisp concept to it and it was done properly inside. My experience here was good i definitely recommend this food shop!”
