“We had a lovely last minute two night stay for new year at Lavender cottage. The cottage was decorated for Christmas and the welcome pack of bubbly, chocolates and crisps was a lovely touch. The cottage was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and the log burner made the cottage very cosy in the evenings. A great location for us and our dog. A common opposite for a quick walk before bed. Beach just 5 mins by car. Lots of countryside walks.”

Big shout out to Richard to handled the boat side of things and was brilliant. Everyone I dealt with at RR was also very professional. Will book again!”

“We love it here, so peaceful. Fishing, swimming, enjoying the pool to ourselves most of the time. Good play area for the children and nice for them to feed the donkeys. Nice to only hear animals and no traffic! Lovely realaxing stay. Dairy cottage is bigger than it looks from the outside, sleeps 5, 1 x double, 1 x bunkbed and a single. 10 mins from Morrisons and Lidl. Cromer 30 min away. 100% recommend a visit here.”

“Beautiful quaint cottage... the pics on the internet just don't do it justice. We stayed Mon~Friday was met by the owners paul and Lesley at the cottage and shown around with bread, butter milk and home made lemon drizzle cake . The cottage is beautifully decorated with a wonderful seaside theme it's homely and also cozy. Our 2 westies were also welcomed with complimentary dog biscuits . The cottage is 400 yards from the beach and the local pub is just at the bottom of the street . The cottage is really well equipped from a spare dog basket to high chairs , bicycles picnic rugs and cool bags to children's room with a cute little den and books and activities. Would deffinetly recommend this lovely 4 bedroom cottage a real little gem in caister on sea .”

“Great location. Nice cozy cottage. Great Yarmouth, and a lot of nice beaches a few minutes by car. Tesco 5 mins drive. Some good restaurants locally. Broads tours in Wroxham is 25 mins by car. Car essential. Suggestions - 1.TV is not smart. Bring your own fire stick etc. 2. Download Parking Ops app on your phone. All council car parks in Norfolk will accept payments on the app to park in. 3. Pre order crab from "Dabs & Crabs". You cannot visit and not try Cromer crab.”

“Absolutely fantastic place! We had a lovely few days staying at the cottage as our Mini-moon. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful place to stay. We stayed in the little barn cottage where we shared the hot tub with next door. We were a little apprehensive at first about the shared hot tub but it worked out well with the chalk board writing times on and booking time slots. Cottage was lovely, well presented and clean. Shower was an amazing walk in with fantastic water pressure. Bed was a very comfy double in a spacious room. Theres a lovely book left by the owners with all you need to know and with some great local activities. Beach is only a short 15-20 minutes away there's an abundance of pubs local that are great and easily biked. Highly recommended stay and we can't wait to go back.”
