“I had a couple of piercings done by Olly recently and was really blown away by the professionalism of the service. I was reccomended Olly by a friend as I have had a fair few piercings but never have found the right person with the correct knowledge and professionalism. Olly really knows his stuff and is a piercer with up to date knowledge, not using internally threaded jewellery as many of my previous piercings elsewhere have been performed with... amongst other things. When I needed some longer jewellery to help the piercings sit correctly, Olly put me at ease and changed them for me. I would fully reccomend going to Factotum and booking in with Olly for a piercing, without a shadow of a doubt he's the best in the area and the best piercer I've found. This has definitely inspired me to get more soon!”

“Went in for another beautiful piece at black Plague on Tuesday 31st jan 23 to get a plaster stick and poke above the knee (that I had I had done myself) neatened up. Before the appointment I had gotten a call the make sure I was still okay to attend (which is always great as I’m prone to forgetting). It was the end of the day so very laid back and comfortable vibe (as it usually is). Athene made sure she had a good reference (as we was going for a “no transfer” approach since there was already a tattoo there, she just needed to get the shading right). Throughout the whole appointment we was having great conversations, keeping the vibe super relaxed and welcoming as always. After the tattoo was over, she made sure I liked it, and was not fussed about changing up little areas I wanted changed/added to. After a bit more chatting with the rest of the staff, and wrapping up my tattoo I headed home and all was well! As I’m writing this my tattoo is no longer in pain (Athene is always super gentle so I hardly get any scabbing/pain with her) and it’s looking amazing!”
