“Firstly, all praise be to Allah who allowed us to perform Umrah and return safely. I signed up for the tour thinking it would be a standard umrah trip where I can just complete the umrah and maybe visit some key sites during ziyarah. Alhamdulillah, this tour ended up being the greatest thing I have experienced due to Imam Ahmed Hilal’s commitment to providing a unique experience for the tour. The Imam was constantly engaging with the group, and was very patient and coherent with any issues that may have arisen during the tour. I am forever grateful for the bonds formed with the group, and Insha’Allah I will be using the service again. I recommend this service to anyone doing Hajj and Umrah, as no other group will provide such an experience.”

“I went to the Milton Keynes office a few days ago with my husband and I would just like to say what a lovely experience we had on the day. I was very sceptical of the entire thing and so was my husband. On arrival we was greeted by a really nice man called Curtis and his boss Richard. They went through the company's membership that they do. I was really surprised how laidback they was. They wasnt pushy at all and we all had a good laugh together. I actually thought the deal of the membership is actually a really amazing deal but due to work commitments me and my husband have, it wouldn't benefit us. At the end we did as told prior to going, received our voucher for our free holiday, night at the Jurys inn and a meal out voucher. Thank you Curtis and Richard for not being pushy salesman and actually just having a laugh with us. Defo recommend the membership and both of you.”

“We visited this very elegant traditional tailoring and hire shop with gentleman's wedding suits and formal wear in the beautiful village of Olney. There is also a wide range of ladies and gentleman's clothing for sale too. The customer service was spot on, we arrived early for our appointment but this wasn't a problem, very friendly and professional made us feel welcomed and safe. There is a free 3hr car park opposite, access into the shop was on a level path, all of menswear is on the ground floor, changing room are located on the same with one small step, staff were very helpful.”

“Stopped for breakfast here at the very sensible 8am opening (soo many other places don’t open for breakfast until 10am!) and although I had the restaurant to myself it still felt cosy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the whole place is immaculate. The full English breakfast was well cooked and filling. I will definitely come back again if I am in the area and would recommend you go and check this place out!”

I like that they do a lot of communication outside of business hours on WhatsApp and they work really hard to get everything done. I also liked that you can pay and instalments which is really useful. I find being able to talk on WhatsApp really good for me because I'm disabled and I find that type of communication easiest. They were very friendly and really helpful and helped me find really good deals. Even though I was quite a difficult customer. They stayed very calm and I'm really glad I went with them.”

“Rang Studio Wanderwell on Wednesday 23rd March whilst in Florida to see if we could get a cruise out of Miami . Sarah sorted everything by Thursday 24th March and we were onboard on Saturday 26th March for 14 nights we then had to book a night in a Miami Hotel which Sarah sorted the Four Seasons and sorted the transport from cruise to hotel , on arrival at Hotel we got early check in 10.30am an upgraded room free of charge and a late checkout 16.00 all included . Fabulous service everything on time and loads of upgrades would highly recommend and we are using again for a holiday in September”
