“Been going here since i was a kid and always been an amazing shop... Switzerland to most people and although unsavoury people used to hang around outside there when i was younger they always used to treat the shop itself as such although i dont think any unsavoury people hand around that area anymore”

“This is a great little shop that I enjoy doing my little shops at. I can find all my West Indian cuisine seasoning and food items all under one roof and the prices are cheap comparatively too. Highly recommend for most of your Favourite Jamaican cuisine and culinary items that you need.”

“With HMC certified butchers in Northampton on the decline Ali's Bazaar provided another outlet to buy Halal meat in confidence backed by HMC. The quality of the meat, fish and vegetables is excellent. The meat is not as tough as the meat from other butchers. You can tell the chicken is fresh and has not been frozen and then defrosted and is not covered in red marks. Based on the size of the chicken breasts you can tell they have not come from some genetically modified monstrosity of a chicken that has been crossed with an elephant . I fedback to the owner and told him how pleased I was with the quality of the meat and chicken. The owner told me he is regularly approached by suppliers offering cheaper prices ( and I suspect a substandard quality), however he wants to offer a quality product to his Customers. Vegetables are also fresh and great. A few of my household members are vulnerable so I only make essential journeys. I live out of town and its difficult to find time with work, family commitments etc to come into town regularly for Halal meat and fresh Asian groceries. When I found out Ali's Bazaar do FREE HOME DELIVERY I was pleasantly surprised. I can order food from the comfort of my home and have it delivered the same day ! My last order consisted of about 45 items, I placed the order approx 6pm and it arrived by 7:30pm ! Its a family run business so you can expect an excellent level of service from all the staff.”

“Love the posh dogs from here, & the Lamb shish kebabs, the burgers are also good, all cook really well on a BBQ, on a buy 3 for £10 as well, which helps. The rolls are lovely as well, i got some reduced & put them in the freezer, otherwise you can get those for a decent price elsewhere.”

“Aldi better than most other super markets. Products are usually of a good standard with cheaper alternatives to brands that are sometimes better than the 'original'. Staff at this store are always helpful. Sometimes long queues on the tills so not great for when you're in a rush, they need a few self service checkouts!”

“This place is very good for your local shop and has just had a bakery put in it for the hot food in the morning to wake you up they may ask for id sometimes but nkt always for stuff and the service is good if your stood at the til to pay then people will be out straight away if nobody is at the til nomatter if there in the middle of a convosation and some of the staff you can even have a chat to after if they have a good day or if your feeling in a good mood overall i really like this place for my local shop.”

“Aldi a shop we all say is the cheapest for our shopping, a shop we could rely on for our weekly /monthly shop But the prices have doubled and its hard to keep up with there price fluctuations; so my visits there are not as regular as they used to be. So there for Aldi is not the shop I can rely on anynmore Unfortunately”
