My consultant Mr Nandhar was clear and concise about my operation and happy to answer questions, the anaesthetist was also very professional and comforting. The nursing staff were all great in particular Pam, nothing was too much, they were proactive and helpful. Let’s face it nobody wants to be in hospital but in my opinion they couldn’t have done much more to make it go smoother, having had other operations with the nhs (i do understand the pressures they’re under) the two experiences are greatly different. Clean and quiet private room to boot. Would highly recommend.”

“My wife has had a great experience at the Manor Hospital. Maureen, the physio has been so helpful and very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble for her. Mr. Garde who did the operation, did a great job, and her right leg is now nearly back to normal, and the scar has healed up very well. “Dr J.Goulding has been my G.P. for 24 years and Mrs Linda Lomax my respiratory nurse. both first class. Ive only ever had one issue and that was with a former partner who's negligence caused muscle atrophy. The then practise manager did her best to discourage a claim and i relented. that was one bad apple ( from my experience) and that should in no way stop you from registering.”

“Amazing. I had double hernia surgery here on 1october and i must say thank you to everyone. Spent one night in hospital after and the level of care was just amazing. While waiting for surgery somebodys alarm sound and i think around 15 nurses and doctors came to take care of an old person in less than 1 min. My doctor was Mr Hamish, and im so happy that he didnt cut me to much. The nurses were amazing too. I CANT say anything wrong about this hospital, maybe they need bigger car park. Now , when im writing this review i am 8 weeks after surgery , had no issues at all, im back to my health as before. Also i had checks after and a 24 hours phone line number which ive called few times for help after. There are few bad reviews in here but i disagree with all of them, also i came through NHS and normaly they would treat better private patients i think. The schedule time was quite fast around 2 months waiting, scan and all checks. I wish you guys all the best and for anyone who wants to chose this hospital please go ahead. And not the last hope you guys get better payments cz ive hears nurses talking about being unhappy with their payments”

“Excellent care - I’ve had 10 operations at the Saxon Clinic in about 23 years. The only problem is the car parking - despite being expanded once in those 23 years it is still too small, forcing some people to park on double yellow lines on the adjacent road. I now tend to aim to be 15 minutes early so I have time to wait for a space to become available when necessary.”
