“Massive store with three floors. Loads of till points in each floor. You can literally find everything in here. Lots of options to choose from and had massive collections. Trail rooms were maintained so clean and waiting area was very good idea as well.”

“I went here to buy a suit for my partners graduation. Nothing was too much for Holly and her colleague (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name!) but they were both super friendly and still very professional. I felt looked after and quite honestly didn't mind spending the £££ I did! The staff in there deserve a raise. As someone who works in customer service I know what I received was genuine, enthusiastic help, and for that I'm very grateful. The suit looked great and I felt amazing in it - thank you ladies!!!”

“I've visited this store 4 times and my experience has always been positive. My first visit was browsing only, and the gentleman downstairs was very knowledgeable. On my next visit I went upstairs and was attended by Hassan who is possibly the nicest guy you'll ever meet. I ordered a coat knowing it would need to be adjusted as explained by my new best friend. Less than a week later I got an email saying it had arrived so promptly went in for visit number 3. I tried the coat and it was beautiful, Hassan prepared for the adjustments with pins and I could feel how much better it would fit after taking the sides in more, shortening the sleeves etc. So I paid for the adjustments and left. Less than 2 working days later I had a call saying the coat was ready, and that's the week before Christmas! I went in again to see my new best friend and the coat was perfect. Outstanding service and the coat itself is beautiful quality and well adjusted. I've worn it almost every day since! Can't be faulted at all, I'll definitely shop there again! Not least because Hassan is so friendly and helpful. For the record I wasn't dressed smartly on any visits, just trainers, jeans and an old coat. I was never looked down on for my appearance. Also I went with my pregnant wife so I was glad that the staff were always wearing masks.”
