The car will be picked up in the morning, I usually get a phone call after the initial check with the action being taking on the car and the cost, then the car is delivered in the afternoon. Once I had a seat belt light flashing on the dash board and they diagnosed it FOC and fixed the problem.”

Tyre pressure monitoring unit failed a day or so after the tyre change, unit replaced without any fuss without any extra charge (spare part not very expensive but wouldnt take a part payment).
