“When I’d had new tyres fitted, Orbit advised my front passenger wheel was cracked. The fix was to buy a new wheel or get the old one welded. Having checked the price, I opted for a repair. Dropping my Jag off at 8am, handing over my keys, I always feel I’m in safe reliable hands. Receiving a progress report through the day, I call back to pick it up at 5. Not quite ready, I’m informed, I see how busy they are. How each and every customer, mostly women, are handled with the utmost respect and courtesy. These guys have have customer service down to a fine art. And why I always use them. Thanks for another happy experience and job well done.”
