"Stay away from this dump. Only one mechanic and you have to wait for him to finish road calls. The front desk guy is extremely rude, racist and unintelligent."
"I came in to get some trailer lights fixed. They got me in within 30 minutes. The mechanic was super friendly and eager to work. The price was very reasonable and the service manager even offered me some doughnuts while I waited. Their location is excellent as it is just off the I29 in the same lot as the Flying J. Very professional team! I'd come back here anytime!"
"Please be warn, do not come to this place to get work done on your truck. The lady at the front desk is very rude and incompetent. I was charged $680 for 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace a wheel seal. I told the lady it only took 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace the wheel seal. The lady had the audacity to tell me no matter what, they charge by the book and not how long it took for the mechanic to get the work done. This is ridiculous. I was charged 4 hours for the wheel seal even though the mechanic finished the job in 1 hour and 30 minutes because I was watching and keeping time. I also got charged $580 for normal oil change. This is an honest review. These people are overcharging for a simple job."
