"Arrogant female Eliah, who's ego was hurt after she failed to comprehend the part I was after for the 5th time. When all I was asking for was a blower motor switch.. Her insecurities got the best of her and like a true professional, hung up the phone when I politely asked to speak to someone else. My advice to Napa - don't let ignorant children MAN the phone."

"An unleashed dog nearly bit my 4 year old daughter at the store and an employee actually went to stroke the dog without an apology to my daughter after the attack. Employees were completely indifferent and saw nothing wrong with what happened. No form of discrimination should be allowed. 07/11/22@ 1830"

"Made a few phone calls around town yesterday. Found out that their store supposedly had one single piece of what I was looking for (very small spring retainer for a brake caliper). Both associated were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about what they were doing which is becoming rare these days. The one gentleman looked for quite some time for me, and the second associate stepped in to help as well. Eventually the tiny part was located, likely not in the right spot according to the computer, and I was able to get my truck back on the road the same day instead of waiting 3 for shipping. I will be calling here first from now on as the customer care is outstanding. Thanks guys!"
