"I love Hollister but recently their customer service has been trash. I came by 2 times this week and both times I had to stand at the cash register for 10 minutes before I was noticed. and its not that there's no workers, because 2-3 of them came up after I had to wait forever. your associates let other customers cut in front of me, there is no line order. they do not make eye contact or say "I can help whoever's next" they don't communicate. they don't say goodbye thank you for shopping with us. they are rude teenagers working at that store."
