"Went to buy two pairs of expensive boots. There are signs all over stating select styles are BOGO 50% off. I selected two pairs RIGHT UNDERNEATH the sign as there was no other indicator as to what freakin shoes were included. Got to the cash register with over $150 of items not including the shoes. I was told that the shoes are not included in the sale. When I asked how I was supposed to know, the women just said she didn’t know. Poorly marked. Unhelpful staff. There was like 12 people working the front just standing around gossiping. I walked out without spending a penny. NOT impressed. Poor service. Obviously there was enough staff to go and mark which shoes were included. Will not be back."
