"Customer service was very poor. The lady was quite rude. Then went to sit down and eat and find a whole bug on my plate. Absolutely disgusting. Went to get a refund and the employees acted like it wasn’t a big deal, brushed it off and everything is served as usual. No thanks."

"I usually get the Mongolian chicken. Since COVID and the shrink flation I need to add a side to the meal. The food has always been good and consistent in flavor and texture. I do recommend LeAnn Chin's"

"Delicious mall food,served fast & fresh.Really enjoyed the Bourban Chicken. The only downside was the crabby,rude ladies who served up our food. They were impatient & acted quite bored with all of us. I asked a question & the lady actually rolled her eyes! Wow! Management really needs to "school" thier employees on how to serve tthe public. Even though the food was delicious,I would think twice about going back. Too many places that treat you nicely,to put up with abuse at Leeann Chins."

"This is a great little restaurant. They have a staff always friendly and great with kids. The food is hot sometimes very hot lol. Servings are big so you won’t leave hungry. Keep up the great job. We will be back."

"The food wasn’t good. The noodles were waaaay over cooked. They were mushy. We couldn’t tell the difference between any of the food that we got. It had lots of sauce which is good. But the chicken itself was extremely dry. This was at the beginning of lunch rush. Highly disappointed."
