Papa Johns Pizza 2730 32nd Avenue South, Fargo, ND 58103

"I ordered a pizza for carry out on 12-31-23. When I arrived at the sceduled pick up time they were super busy which was understandable given the date. After waiting about 15 min my name was called and i was given my order. When i arrived back home i opened the box to discover that my order was wrong. I had ordered a half pepperoni and mushroom, half canadian bacon and black olive, full onion stuffed crust pizza. What i recieved was a plain cheese stuffed crust pizza. Now I understand mistakes happen but it was not a cheese pizza that i ordered and paid for. So i tried calling the store and kept getting a message stating that this numbers voice mail has not been set up. I gave up calling after a few tries and decided to come here to air my grievances (no need for feats of strength, merry festivus). Anyway, i'm not looking for a full refund, we did eat the plain cheese pizza after all, but I would like some tangible gesture on P.J.'s part to make this right."

"This location is no good. 2 times I have ordered a pizza it way late and cold. I recommend another location or little Caesars or a cheap frozen pizza a least it will be hot out of your oven. If you call to complain it goes to the Philippines by the way."

"Ordered a single pizza and single order of breadsticks at 6:00 pm. Called at 7:30 to find out where our pizza was and was told the driver was out with it. Five mins later we received a text from DoorDash saying he was supposed to deliver our pizza but the manager at Papa johns wouldn't let him leave until they gave him another order as well. He arrived with our cold pizza at about 8 PM and told us to immediately file a complaint with Papa johns. He had screenshots and documentation to back up his story. Open the boxes and the order is completely wrong. We tried calling the store for a refund and our call was cut off four times until we used a different number/phone and pretended to want to place an order just to get someone at the store to talk to. The manager at first was only going to give us a partial store credit refund until tempers were lost. Shockingly bad experience."

"Food is always great. But pick up is long. I came in today and no one even acknowledged me. I waited about 5-7 minutes before someone came to talk to me. There was 4-5 workers. I think one was a driver. The tracker didn’t work so I came in at the approx pick up time. They worker looked but they had not even started my order. Also the girl spreading the dough had it slip and she caught it with her shirt and the counter but continued to stretch it."

"Called to get a replacement papadia. And they said to come right away as it was almost done even though I told them I live a minute away. Sat there for half an hour waiting... pretty annoyed since I could've waited at home until it was ready instead of waiting there and the guy talked sooooo quiet to the point you can't even hear him. Man needs to speak up or work somewhere that's more quiet so you can hear him... But thanks for replacing my sandwich although it I asked for double the meat and there's like barely anything on there... smh.."
