"When in on 11/16 @1:50 the service was very slow. It's obvious the fryer oil hasn't been changed in a while. We also found a hair in our food (they knew and did nothing about it) and to top it all off they made my hot fudge Sunday first and left it sit until after they made the food."
"I had a hankering for a cone. I stopped by around 4:15pm on 11/6. Liz was the only one working and she was doing a fantastic job. Went above and beyond for me. Thank you for the great service."
"To call this place fast food would be insulting, almost 40 minutes from time if receipt to food in hand. Good thing I wasn't in lunch break. Also you'd think for a 40min wait I would get a full container of fries.... That were warm. But this review isn't all back, the burger while warm was also delicious, the backyard bacon ranch, it rivals 5 guys across the parking lot IMO. It's a simple fix, maybe not easy in today's employment climate."
"Good icecream but they serve smaller portions(Left picture) than all other DQ in town for the same price. When I got this, which has less than 1/3 of the normal icecream, less whipped cream too ( I got this almost every week) they told me I'd have to pay more to recieve the correct amount. (Normal size on right)."
