"My first time calling and the receptionist was very ugly! I believe her name is Shannon, i asked if they accept N.C Medicaid she pauses and stated "not for adults" i replied okay i have two children that i would like to make an appt for. She goes and says " we don't have any appts until January" with an nasty attitude. I kindly replied okay ma'am have a good day. With staff like her you don't have to worry about troublesome patients because her attitude turns them away. Especially when you are looking for quality care for you children."
