"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Absolutely worst renting experience we have every had. The owner would come and sit in front of the house and watch us! How creepy! This company only cares about money and they will nickel and dime you taking everything they possibly can when you move out! Charged us more than the security deposit for normal wear and tear! Awful experience."

"PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING!! If you are thinking about renting a condo in Bellingham park that they manage, do NOT DO IT. The owner has left us living in unsafe living conditions with missing carpet/walls/mold/mildew/rusty nails/unsafe water from a flood that HIS washing machine caused, for almost three months now and refuses to fix anything. NOW we were given a 30 day notice to vacate because the owner wants us out BEFORE he fixes anything!! We’re supposed to pay this month’s rent, find a new place to live, pay the deposit and first month’s for that place, pay to move, and eventually we MIGHT get our deposit back. Seacoast has NOT offered to help us find a new place or waive any fees/give us our deposit since it’s just short notice! Our lease wasn’t up until February 2024!! I have three children that I have to uproot from their schools and move to wherever we can find a place to go! Seacoast is cold, callous, non-empathetic, doesn’t treat you or speak to you like a human being AND they cannot manage their owners!! Which, part of their job is to implore their owners to do the right and legal thing! The LEAST they could’ve done is helped us with another rental until we found something. We will be out on the streets!! We’ve never missed a rent payment, treated this property like we owned it, and have ALWAYS been kind to the people in the office. THEY DO NOT CARE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED."

"So far so good. Rhonda has been a pleasure to work with and I have only been here 3 months and any issues I’ve had, have been handled almost immediately. The drain pump went out on the washing machine yesterday and it is back up and running today. Very impressed as my last rental left me without a fridge for an entire month. I highly recommend Seacoast!"

"Relocated from out of state.. Steve, the property manager was kind enough to meet me on a Saturday, even though it was his day off. Rhonda and Hazel were a great assistance with all the details.. lease agreement, utilities etc. A seamless move in and I will certainly recommend the Sea Coast Rentals team to any of my friends."

"I rented a home from this company for 3 yrs. They never ensured the owner fixed any problems in the home. They let the owner send over a drunk so called handy man, on every maintenance repair, who kept asking for weed and then the owner would never allowed him to fix anything. This rental company is inadequate. The rental property manager Steven is rude and assumed because I didn't want to stay in the home for $2000 a month that needed repairs that I couldn't afford any of their properties. He never asked my price range and proceeded to treat me like I was poor and not worth his time. I requested 3 times to go on the final walk through and was never contacted but sent a $2300 bill. One of the items was a $35 shower curtain rod that i have a picture of that was left in the house. I could go on and on about this companies issues. I would avoid this company because they do not have the tenant safety in mind. They also do not ensure properties are livable and their 3 month inspection is a joke. They never check on things we complained about. When I asked to deal with someone else Steven was rude and refused to let someone else handle my account."
