"My daughter and son have been to Dino kids. We have had a great experience for both. Today was my son's first dentist visit and it was very smooth.The staff are wonderful, warm and friendly. The receptionist at this mornings appointment was exceptional and played a huge role in helping my son feel comfortable. The staff also manage the parents anxiety as well. Lol. "What an absolutely breath of fresh air. I called the number for this facility and they were super sweet!!! They accepted our insurance which was hard to find a place that caters to kids with our insurance. I called many places and I was more than willing to drive here from Pittsboro! This is about a 1 hour drive from home. We arrived signed all papers and were in and out in no time. They showed all the details and were able to schedule my child for the following week to do her follow up treatments. Today we are here accidently arrived 1 hour early. We were about to leave to get a bite to kill time and a staff member let her staff know we were early. They came outside as we were going to leave for an hour and said we can take her now so you don't have to come back. I was very impressed!!! They did not need to accommodate me but they went out of their way to take us!!!! Talk about absolutely amazing service! I would say one of my best customer service experiences!!! I highly recommend."
"This was my first appointment for a one year old. Dr Gamble and all the staff were great. The office is so cute and kid friendly. My daughter will continue to come here for as long as she's a minor. Hours were very convenient; we were seen at 7am. That was early enough for both she and I to leave and get to daycare and work and not be late. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Oh, and the kids get to choose a prize on the way out. Awesome!!"
