"This store is on the high end price for an outlet store. They do not carry any shirts for a big and tall man. XL size (17-17 1/2) is largest size they carry (more for small framed person). They do carry men's 40/32 pants size."

I was able to return some things I bought online and the associate even helped me order something I wanted that they didn’t have in stock— free shipping and it was marked down on sale even more! "I shop at J Crew Factory throughout the year, but rarely go to the store. I haven't been in a store in years and my experience with this store was fine. Nothing unusual, except when I checked out I was told something in error about a promotion and was unable to use it. I'm coming back to write a 5 star review because I called the next day to ask if my order could be fixed. I spoke to one of the managers, Ana, and she took care of everything for me! She went absolutely above and beyond in her customer service to resolve my promotion issue quickly and with ample apologies, friendly banter, and just overall niceness. I really appreciated being able to call about the issue and have it so efficiently and professionally resolved. The customer service I have received from J Crew over the years has been outstanding and I am thrilled that Ana was able to exemplify the same behaviors through a J Crew Factory store. Thanks for taking care of me and giving me another reason to love your clothes!"
