"I went there about a week ago and last minute decided not to get these two Barbie oversized shirts. I was supposed to get a refund of $37, however instead on 7/18 I woke up to $37 drawn from my account. Now they refuse to refund me my $72. 10/10 would never recommend."

"The negative atmosphere between the workers is absolutely astonishing and tangible. The management criticizes workers in front of customers. It's very deterring and uncomfortable as a customer. There's a lot of seemingly unnecessary inappropriate behavior and hypocrisy towards workers who are doing their job well. This is definitely something higher management needs to be concerned about...the only thing keeping me as a customer is the customer service of some of the associates."

"I went in here shopping for someone else's kid. Very friendly staff. I was actually asked did I need help. They had a door greeter. This is definitely a new age fashion trend kind of store, especially the jeans. There were too many designs to choose from. I kind of got overwhelmed."

She made a few suggestions and did a little upselling and was very knowledgeable about sales and products. They didn't have my size in the shorts that I initially went for but the worker helped me find quite a few other things. The clothing store in this store is pretty young and modern. The store was well kept and clean it also smelled very nice."
