"I don’t trust the management at this property. I paid an application fee, filled out the paperwork and never heard back from anyone I finally called after about a month and the girl who is over the property said she had sent me a denial letter (which I never got) bc I had a driving charge from 2002 …. 21 years ago!!! Oddly I applied at two other place without any issues!"

"Beautiful Apartments, Problematic Corporate. Quiet and Comfortable living calls you to Pond View Apartments. Wonderful neighbors ! Everyone is extremely nice! The facilities are in tip top shape and they have enforced quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. The apartments are tiled halls, bath and kitchen. Living spaces including bedrooms are carpeted. Washer and Dryer hookups available and a laundry center! We also have a newly opened Fitness Room with 3 machines!! Due to Covid they had it closed. Come join Pond View!"
"I love Pondview. A current resident that has been here since opening! Beautiful facilities, the newly opened exercise room is especially nice! There’s 3 pieces of equipment for a true choice of your desire. When it comes to the Apartments themselves they are wonderful. Your halls, baths, and kitchen area is a laminate tile and living spaces are carpeted. Various Size options from 1-3 Bedrooms. QUITE HOURS ARE ENFORCED HERE. From the hours 10PM-7AM - This is a plus- especially when you have to work in the morning!!!! Neighbors are very friendly! Management is an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE!!! We would love to see you join the family of Pondview!"
"Pondview Apartments is an upscale apartment community in Hildebrand, NC. The property management staff is always a pleasure to work with on any day. I moved in when they were first built and had nothing but a positive experience. Of course, apartment living is just what it is. THAT PART. I cant really rate this apartment being that it's still fairly new. But my overall experience has been great. Welcome...if you choose to join us! Lotus"
