"Customer service has been fantastic, but I have reservations about the model I selected and will reserve my judgement until I am satisfied with the machine I am purchasing. To update my review, ultimately I was unhappy with the washing machine I was buying. But my sales person, Angelina, was fantastic. I received the best one on one service, she did whatever was necessary to find the machine that was right for me. Best sales experience I've had in years! I need to amend my 5 star rating. I'm docking two stars because I was charged a late fee for being only a single day late and I think that's a pretty lousy way to treat a customer. I happened to be busy that day with a long scheduled cataract surgery. I hadn't forgotten the payment and paid the very next day. Bad business practice."

They are like a family and it's great.  They have very fast processing and auto draft so you don't have to worry about missing any payments. They are very understanding and will work with you when times get hard.
