Yara Abdou, MD, is a doctor specializing in the treatment of early stage and metastatic breast cancer at 430 Waterstone Drive in Hillsborough, North Carolina. Her research focuses on immunotherapy, immune microenvironment, racial disparities, and clinical trials to develop novel therapies for different subtypes of breast cancer. She works closely with scientists to enhance treatment approaches using the immune system and improve outcomes for minority women with breast cancer. Dr. Abdou's passion for oncology is rooted in her patients' unique stories and the privilege of contributing to their journey through cancer. She strives to prolong her patients' lives while minimizing suffering and morbidity from the disease.
