Aerie Store

"I placed an order for pickup that said it would be ready within two hours. OVER two hours later, I went in to pick it up. The lady at the register pointed me over to a table and she said someone would assist me shortly. Nobody ever came. I went back to the register and another girl said she would help me. After rummaging through the different orders, she told me mine was not there. She went to check in the back and still could not find it. I showed her my confirmation email but she was EXTREMELY rude and explained that my order wasn’t ready. I told her I ordered over two hours ago but she began arguing with me saying that it would be another two hours because they were “busy,” which they were definitely not!!! I had a time constraint and could not wait at the mall for another two hours. Asking me to wait HOURS for a small order (two items) is insane. It should not be that hard to take two pairs of underwear, put them in a bag, and hand it to me."

"I soooo want to like this store but each time I go in NO ONE even acknowledges I'm in the store. It's like I'm invisible. I have been in this store 4 times in the last 2 months and each time no help at all. There are always a ton of staff on duty and no one there cares. I don't understand how this place stays in business. I finally gave up and ordered a bunch of stuff online and tried to return some stuff to this store.. yeah, nothing, nada, zilch. I'm done. I will not return to this store. I was going to keep some of what I ordered but after this experience (today) I am going to pay postage to return everything I order because I don't want to own anything from this store."

"Very small location with a super limited offering. I went here to hopefully exchange an online bathing suit purchase and sadly this location did not have any swimwear at all to speak of. When I asked about this the person handling my return suggested that perhaps I purchase underwear instead. Not particularly impressed, will continue online shopping from this particular brand."

"Super sweet ladies working here! One helped me figure out what size underwear I would need and the other gave me a great deal on them that I had no idea about. They were also very patient with my two screaming babies who had to come in with me. Lol. Definitely coming back!"

"Every single time I go in there, they’re rude and unhelpful. They haven’t caught an attitude in my face or said anything slick, cause Customer service would’ve definitely been called right then and there and I would’ve called their DM and corporate but when I go in the store, I expect to be told what the deals are so I can shop properly and at least act like they enjoy their jobs. Since I don’t get told or get good customer service, I take my business else were. I’ve worked in retail so I know that this is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this store at all."
