"I went to her “salon” and tried to make an appointment for my six pound Yorker-poo. She refused to answer the door although she saw me standing there. I then tried calling four times and she never answered the phone. Apparently she’s too busy or otherwise unwilling to take on new customers. I won’t be trying to contact her again."
