"Marc and Gina. First thank you again publicly on this review. I have a Toyotomi Laser 73 heater and I never had an issue with it but in a true need to fix because I had a renter coming within two days from servicing my Airbnb. I just happened to check the heater and thankfully I did. Marc just walked me through some ways to figure out the issue. It started running again. I don’t think people understand what he took the time to do and the impact it made. The temperature had dropped and I had to have it Functional before my guests arrived. He helped save a much deserved vacation/getaway I did not ruin my canceling. I highly recommend them for servicing or walking over the phone consultation. Truly a business worth celebrating."
