"I made an appointment for an inspection that needed to be done on a certain day. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm. When I showed up from my appointment, the inspector was not present. No one called me in advance to let me know. They were unable to Provide the service, and no offer was made to compensate me for my time. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and I do not recommend."
